My brother-in-law is in need of a liver transplant. His health has been going downhill quite fast. His liver has been destroyed from when he had COVID that first year of the pandemic. He is already a walking miracle in that he was just a breath away from having to go on the respirator back then, but he recovered and survived. They've been finding various ways the COVID has damaged his body.
He's the only breadwinner of the family and just lost his job last month, even though he'd worked right up until the moment of this news. My sister has her own health concerns and they've got a grown son who will need some assistive care throughout his life. I know they're very scared.
I also believe in the power of prayer. I've seen it in my own life, so, I'm asking for prayers for them, that a liver will come available very soon and he'll be able to survive long enough to receive it.
Thank you.
