An older family member with a significant physical disability urgently needs prayer. He works in a toxic environment where managers give no training but repeatedly harshly publicly criticize and threaten the entire staff with firing for mistakes. The abuse is constant, leaving him and his colleagues exhausted and considering quitting despite needing their jobs. He and his colleagues are suffering greatly and ask for prayers for God’s protection, justice, and better, less stressful, stable, and well-paid jobs.
