Father we command peace to be still in the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.We confess that the sea surface temperature in the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico will not rise above 80 degrees. We decree that the wind shear in the Atlantic will cut any storms off inthe development stage and hinder vertical rings of clouds from forming; that the barometric pressure and air density will not drop to a level that would allow violent storm and hurricane disturbances.
